It is a scientifically validated tool that allows the assessment of psychosocial risks at work. With only 150 items, it identifies psychosocial risks and motivation factors, as well as opportunities for improvement. This version covers the assessment of the major psychosocial risks established in the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks in Spain, and also meets European standards and the results of scientific research. In addition, it meets most ISO 1007-3:2002 standards in terms of it being an occupational health diagnosis tool. Furthermore, is has been recommended by Foment de Treball and by Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo. The person who completes it obtains immediate (less than 1 second) feedback about the different psychosocial factors compared with a normative sample. This is a practical, easy-to-use, normative tool. Moreover, it is systematic and comprehensive as it covers a wide range of psychosocial factors (lack of personal resources, work and job demands), as well as the negative (harm) and positive (benefits) consequences at the individual, group and organizational levels.

The scales included in the questionnaire have been validated in previous studies published in national and international journals and are based on scientific theoretical models. This questionnaire has an intellectual property register that can be exploited in different national and international organizations

Red Technostress

The creation of the battery of instruments making up the RED-Technostress is based on the studies conducted by the WoNT team in the last 10 years with Technology users (formerly known as "New Technologies" or NT). RED-Technostress was devised in response to the need to assess these users’ specific psychosocial factors.

Specifically, the questionnaire emerged from RED.es, but includes and has been adapted to the general questionnaire scales which we consider useful for technology users. It also includes specific factors and scales (i.e., techno-stress) which have been deliberately created for these users. Moreover, we have included a number of other demographic questions which enable us to compare the results obtained by each person answering the questionnaire with complete confidentiality

Red TT

The creation of the questionnaire that makes up the RED-TT arose from the need to assess workers’ psychosocial factors who use telework in their daily work to some extent.

The questionnaire includes specific scales for teleworking (e.g., distance management mechanisms, the teleworker’s personality characteristics, etc.) as well as the general RED.es scales that we believe can be adapted to teleworkers. Moreover, we have included a number of other demographic questions which enable us to compare the results obtained by each teleworker answering the questionnaire with complete confidentiality.

Red UNI
The creation of this questionnaire arises from the need to adapt to educational contexts (i.e., university students) to assess the constructs that have been typically assessed at work by understanding students as an “active” part of the organization they are involved in (i.e., universities).

Specifically, the UNI RED consists in the following scales:

An adapted version of the burnout and engagement scales for workers , the “Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS)”, the “Work Engagement Utrecht Scale-Student Survey” (UWES) and, finally, a questionnaire designed specifically to assess academic self-efficacy. This scale reflects students' beliefs about their future capacity to accomplish adequate levels of academic performance. Moreover, we have included other demographic questions which enable us to compare the results obtained by each student answering the questionnaire with complete confidentiality.
This questionnaire can be completed in either its Spanish or English version.

RED ADIC MC

Red ADIC

The creation of this questionnaire arose from the need to assess work addiction, a psychological and negative phenomenon whose prevalence is increasing in organizations around the world.

Specifically, the questionnaire is composed of the following scales: the “Dutch Work Addiction Scale” (DUWAS), a scale measuring workaholism in its two main dimensions: compulsive work and overwork; the “Utrecht Work Engagement Scale” (UWES) -9, a reduced version of the original UWES measuring engagement, a positive mental state associated with work that is characterized by vigor, dedication and absorption, the “Ten-Item Personality Inventory (TIPI)”, a reduced questionnaire which assesses the five dimensions of personality according to Costa and McCrae (extroversion, responsibility, emotional stability, agreeableness, and openness to experience). Moreover, we have included other demographic questions which enable us to compare the results obtained by each worker answering the questionnaire with complete confidentiality.
