Together the management team include a competent group of people who are doing their doctoral theses in the field of Psychology of Work and have different types of linkages with the team, obtained through the Ministry of Education and Science or Valencia and the Jaume I University.
Each one brings his vision of the issues investigated and contributes to the development of effective evaluation tools. They also offer logistical support for the team WONT can perform all its tasks perfectly.
