The WONT research team consists of the management team, teaching and research staff of the Department of Developmental, Educational and Social Psychology and Methodology of the Universitat Jaume I, researchers involved in research projects and other partners who do not participate on a full-time basis.

Thanks to their joint work, our team covers both the research tasks that lead to advances in the understanding of the psychosocial factors affecting workers, and the application of these advances in the workplace through the signing of contracts with companies in different sectors (public, health, etc.) with a view to evaluating these psychosocial factors.
