The WONT research team specializes in psychosocial health in the workplace and in the provision of advanced services for the diagnosis and assessment of psychosocial risks in the workplace.

It uses a methodology that offers an innovating aspect that not only assesses the negative aspects in order to minimize them as has been done traditionally, but also takes into account the positive aspects that affect workers in order to reinforce them.

This dual perspective is also used when giving feedback to organizations since it is important to know not only what things do not work and must be improved, but what other things are done properly and perform optimally.
